Our meal options consist of four courses

Ichiju-Kyusai (One Soup, Nine Dishes), Ichiju-Hassai (One Soup, Eight Dishes), Ichiju-Shichisai (One Soup, Seven Dishes), and Ichiju-Gosai (One Soup, Five Dishes). Rice options include brown rice or five-grain rice upon request. Each meal is crafted using local rice, water, soybeans, and seasonal ingredients. The number of dishes in the Hassun (appetizer platter) varies depending on the selected course.
