Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees apply starting one week before your scheduled stay.
7–3 days before: 30% of the room rate
2 days before or the day before: 50% of the room rate
Same day cancellation: 100% of the room rate

- Pricing
- Rates may vary depending on the season. Please check the booking page calendar for detailed pricing.
- Meals
- Please inform us in advance if you wish to skip meals or have any food allergies. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
- Onsen
- All baths, except for Mori no Yu, are available 24/7. No reservations are needed for private baths. Simply lock the door upon entering to enjoy your private experience. Tattooed guests are also welcome.
- Rooms
- All rooms and facilities are non-smoking. Rooms are equipped with yukata, towels, bath towels, and toothbrushes. If you opt for a self-catering stay, only towels and toothbrushes are provided.
